The relaxed ambience of Mantaray's Restaurant is the perfect place to enjoy a meal with friends or family while taking in the views over the pool and Exmouth Gulf.

In the evening join us at the bar for a drink and watch the prawn trawlers head out to begin their evening's work. Between August and November see the Humpback Whales relaxing in the calm waters of the Gulf and if you are lucky, a playful calf launching itself out of the water. Full moons are also a special time, rising out of the ocean in the early evening.

Mantaray's Restaurant is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner seven days a week.

Mantaray's menu is modern brasserie style with the emphasis on fresh local seafood and produce. Cooked to perfection, the menu offers something for everyone with risotto, pasta, meat and seafood dishes from which to choose. Breakfast is served buffet style with choices including fruits, pastries, breads and a hot selection.

A cup of coffee and a comfy chair in which to relax after a hard day snorkelling. A cocktail to enjoy while reflecting on the day gone by or a quick snack on the run.

The bar is open from 8am till late or 24 hours for house guests. A 24 hour snack menu is also available.
